COP7 in Marrakech: Adopting the Marrakech Accords for Kyoto Protocol Implementation

The 7th Conference of the Parties (COP7) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) took place in Marrakech, Morocco, and resulted in the adoption of the Marrakech Accords.
