The Jorge Chávez International Airport, recognized as the largest airport in Peru, is set to undergo a significant expansion, with completion expected in March 2025. This ambitious project includes the construction of a new runway, a state-of-the-art control tower, and a modern terminal designed to enhance passenger experience. In addition to these core facilities, the expansion will also feature new hotels, logistical buildings, and a dedicated cargo sector, collectively known as Ciudad Aeropuerto, or Airport City.
