By the time the total number of properties reached 149, the Americas accounted for 50 properties, while Europe, the Middle East, and Africa contributed 62 properties. The Asia-Pacific region had 37 properties, reflecting a diverse geographical spread of the company's operations. This expansion is indicative of a broader trend in the industry, where demand for accommodation continues to rise due to increased travel and tourism activities. The total number of rooms available also saw a significant increase, reaching 50,762. In the Americas, there were 16,624 rooms, while Europe, the Middle East, and Africa offered 20,012 rooms. The Asia-Pacific region had 14,126 rooms, showcasing the growing capacity to meet the needs of travelers in these regions. This growth not only highlights the company's strategic expansion but also underscores the overall health of the hospitality market, which is responding to the rising demand for lodging and services.
