Hilton Becomes the First New York Stock Exchange Listed Company to Enter the Domestic Gaming Industry

In 1970, Hilton became the first company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to enter the domestic gaming industry through the acquisition of the Flamingo Hotel and the Las Vegas International Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
