Low Wood Bay Opened Winander Club

In March 2019, we opened the Winander Club at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa, adding 29 bedrooms and suites to the resort on the shores of Windermere. The new accommodation was designed as a distinct club experience within Low Wood Bay, with dedicated facilities for guests staying there. Our company history records March 2019 as the opening date. The Winander Club introduced a private bar and lounge and an exclusive breakfast area alongside its bedrooms and suites. The accommodation was equipped with features including air conditioning and underfloor heating, while the club's communal spaces took advantage of views across Windermere. The opening formed part of the wider redevelopment of Low Wood Bay, which also included new spa and dining facilities. It gave us a separate, higher-tier accommodation offering while keeping Winander Club guests connected to the facilities of the wider resort.
