In 2015, Arden Dies carried out a further restructuring of its share capital. Companies House records show that the company purchased and cancelled its own shares on 10 July, reducing its stated share capital from £43,562 to £38,311. The revised figure was subsequently confirmed in the annual return made up to 28 September 2015.
The year also brought changes to the board. Margaret Blanche Poynter, a long-serving director and member of the Poynter family, stepped down on 18 February 2015. Later that year, Andrew Reece Hall was appointed both director and company secretary with effect from 1 August, succeeding Allen Brierley in those roles.
