Arden prepares for Shepley Lane expansion

On 25 May 1984, a legal mortgage was created over freehold land off Shepley Lane in Marple, Cheshire. The charge, registered with Companies House on 5 June 1984 in favour of National Westminster Bank PLC, provides a contemporary legal record linking Arden Dies Limited with the site that would become our long-term headquarters. The land formed part of Arden's expansion in Marple as the business prepared for a new purpose-built factory. Our company history records that Arden has been based at Shepley Lane since 1985, placing the 1984 property transaction immediately before the move to the new site. Today, Arden Dies remains headquartered at Shepley Lane Industrial Estate in Hawk Green, Marple
