Selected Letters of Robert Frost, edited by Lawrance Thompson, was published in 1964, less than a year after Robert Frost’s death on 29/01/1963. Thompson, Frost’s authorized biographer, compiled the volume from Frost’s correspondence with friends, editors, fellow poets, and family members spanning much of his adult life.
