Nelson Mandela Received the Freedom of the City of Tshwane

On 13/05/2008, former South African President Nelson Mandela received the Freedom of the City of Tshwane, one of the highest civic honours awarded by the municipality that includes Pretoria, South Africa’s administrative capital.
