Riyadh Foreign Ministers Meeting Defines Framework

The foreign ministers of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates convened in Riyadh to advance discussions on establishing a permanent Gulf cooperation organization.
