Individual Signs Contract with Fox Network for Future Collaborations

In August 2021, Gordon Ramsay signed a nine figure overall deal with Fox Entertainment to create a new joint venture production company called Studio Ramsay Global. The agreement established a co owned entity between Ramsay and Fox focused on developing, producing, and distributing culinary and lifestyle programming for the Fox network, the streaming platform Tubi, and international broadcasters. The deal expanded Ramsay’s long standing relationship with Fox, which already included programs such as Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, and MasterChef Junior. As part of the agreement, Fox funded the acquisition of 100 percent of Ramsay’s existing television production business, Studio Ramsay, which had previously operated in partnership with All3Media since 2016. The new structure consolidated Ramsay’s television production activities under Studio Ramsay Global, allowing the joint venture to oversee development, production, and global distribution. The partnership also established production hubs in London, Los Angeles, and Glasgow to manage the company’s international programming pipeline. The deal enabled expansion of Ramsay led formats beyond established shows. One of the first major projects developed under the new venture was Next Level Chef, a competitive cooking series that premiered on Fox in early 2022. The agreement also strengthened Fox’s unscripted programming lineup and provided Ramsay with a broader platform to develop new culinary and lifestyle content across broadcast and streaming platforms. The August 2021 announcement represented one of Fox Entertainment’s largest talent agreements following the company’s separation from 21st Century Fox’s studio assets, positioning Studio Ramsay Global as a central production unit for Ramsay’s future television projects.
