In January 2018, Gordon Ramsay opened the first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant concept at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, inspired by the long running television series of the same name. The venue began a soft opening on 06/01/2018 before celebrating its official grand opening on 26/01/2018. The restaurant replicated elements from the television set, including the red and blue kitchen design, open cooking stations, and menu items associated with the show such as Beef Wellington, pan seared scallops, and sticky toffee pudding. Located on the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant was developed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment and designed as a high volume dining venue. The concept included an open kitchen layout allowing guests to watch service, along with interior features modeled after the Hell’s Kitchen studio environment. The opening marked the first time the television brand was translated into a permanent restaurant experience. The concept expanded internationally in early 2019 with the opening of the second Hell’s Kitchen location at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai. The Dubai venue followed the Las Vegas format, incorporating similar menu items and themed dining spaces. Later, in August 2019, Ramsay announced plans for a third Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Harveys Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada, continuing the brand’s rollout beyond its original Las Vegas location. These developments between 2018 and 2019 established Hell’s Kitchen as a standalone restaurant brand tied directly to Ramsay’s television franchise, with additional locations planned following the early expansion.
