This pioneering move marked the beginning of a new era in communication for the country, enabling greater connectivity and accessibility for its citizens. The introduction of the cellular network not only facilitated voice communication but also laid the groundwork for future technological advancements. Following the establishment of the mobile network, Ghana further enhanced its telecommunications infrastructure by connecting the network to the Internet. This integration was a crucial step towards modernizing the country's communication systems. Additionally, the introduction of Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) broadband services provided faster internet access, significantly improving the digital landscape in Ghana.
