Sarah Poynter Joins the Arden Dies Board

On 10 June 2024, Sarah Kay Poynter was appointed a director of Arden Dies Limited. The appointment was formally registered at Companies House on 12 June. Sarah is the granddaughter of founder Frank Poynter and daughter of Managing Director Martin Poynter, representing the third generation of the founding family within the business. Sarah was already established in Arden's management team before joining the board, serving as Operations Manager during 2024. Arden's own company history subsequently identifies her as Operations Director and describes the business as having reached its third generation of family leadership. Her appointment to the Arden Dies board formalised that next generation's involvement at director level alongside Martin Poynter.
