Kathryn Goulden Joins the Arden Dies Board

On 15 December 2025, Kathryn Elizabeth Goulden was appointed as both a director and company secretary of Arden Dies Limited. The appointments are recorded at Companies House, with the secretary appointment filed the following day. Kathryn joined the board as Arden's senior management structure continued to develop following its 60th-anniversary year. Her appointment also extended across the wider group: Companies House records show that she became a director of Arden Software Limited and Lasercomb Dies Limited on the same date. The change coincided with the departure of long-serving director and company secretary Andrew Reece Hall, whose appointments at Arden Dies ended on 16 December 2025.
