Named Microsoft Chief People Officer

In March 2025, Microsoft announced a significant leadership change by naming Amy Coleman as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), succeeding longtime HR leader Kathleen Hogan. Coleman, a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience at Microsoft, stepped into this role as an Executive Vice President and joined the company’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Satya Nadella.
